New Automatic Respooler
We are pleased to announce Agave has acquired state-of-the-art equipment aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and accuracy when re-spooling bulk wire and cable products.
The new machine — the Windak SW6 — is a fully-automatic re-spooler capable of cranking out 180 spools per hour. Precision winding and tension control ensure more consistent and tighter spools of wire and cable. Complete with built-in spark testers and digital counters, this machine will ensure our customers receive high-quality, accurate spools of wire and cable time and time again.

New Year, New Extrusion Line
In the past 12 months, Agave has been busy expanding! We’ve increased our warehouse space by 20,000 square feet and added two additional state-of-the-art extrusion lines to increase manufacturing capabilities.
Our brand new computer-automated 4 ½-inch extrusion line is capable of producing 2.1 million feet of single conductor wire in a 24-hour period. It also allows Agave Wire to manufacture multi-conductor cable up to a 1″ nominal OD. Equipped with a self-centering head and laser micrometers, it produces a jacket nominal OD consistent from start to finish. Here at Agave Wire, we manufacture a high-quality UL-listed wire and cable product for multiple market applications. We offer many custom capabilities such as printing, packaging, various reel sizes, and jacket colors. We create solutions around our customers’ requirements.

Agave adds new equipment & warehouse space to increase output & minimize
We are excited to announce the 20,000 square foot expansion of our Dallas, TX manufacturing facility. The expansion has allowed Agave to install their newest state-of-the-art, computer monitored extrusion line.
The need for additional space has been driven by continuous growth and increased demand throughout our customer base.
