New Year, New Extrusion Line

In the past 12 months, Agave has been busy expanding! We’ve increased our warehouse space by 20,000 square feet and added two additional state-of-the-art extrusion lines to increase manufacturing capabilities.

Our brand new computer-automated 4 ½-inch extrusion line is capable of producing 2.1 million feet of single conductor wire in a 24-hour period. It also allows Agave Wire to manufacture multi-conductor cable up to a 1″ nominal OD. Equipped with a self-centering head and laser micrometers, it produces a jacket nominal OD consistent from start to finish. Here at Agave Wire, we manufacture a high-quality UL-listed wire and cable product for multiple market applications. We offer many custom capabilities such as printing, packaging, various reel sizes, and jacket colors. We create solutions around our customers’ requirements.
